Dr. Tufia Steidle is a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist. She is also trained in several evidence-based practices including; Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Interpersonal Therapy for Depression.

During her 20 year career she has worked in a variety of drug and alcohol addiction clinical settings including;

Providing counseling services for people with AIDS/HIV.

Working in residential inpatient and intensive outpatient drug rehabs in the San Diego area.

Providing psychotherapy in several community mental health centers.

Student counseling center at college, providing mental health care in a prison.
